A word from the President….

Stay on the Wall – Don’t Come Down
Whatever our specific ministry or call may be, we are working together to see the Kingdom of God established.
The work of God is a great work. However, there is also opposition to the work of God that He has called us to do.
In First Epistle to the Corinthians 16:9, Paul says:
“A great and effectual door of ministry is open to me, but there are many adversaries.”
We as Christians must recognize and overcome strategies that Satan uses to stop God’s work.
Lies, fear tactics, ridicule, discouragement, strife, and compromise can always get us off track.
In the Book of Nehemiah, God called Nehemiah to rebuild the walls of the city of Jerusalem.
Although opposition was prevalent, Nehemiah fasted and prayed, and was totally committed to God’s work.
When we pray, read and study God’s word, seek His wisdom, and obey, we, too, are Nehemiah’s.
We, too, are able to “stay on the wall and not come down.”
Most importantly, as we conquer opposition and focus on God’s work, He will be glorified!
